The special educator works on preschool readiness and academic skills with children who have a wide range of learning, behavioral, and emotional disorders. In the process of working, the educators assess the educational needs of the child and take into account the individual curriculum, which focuses on such basic skills as: reading, writing and math skills.

The special educator, if necessary, cooperates with the school, informs them about the specific educational needs of the child and gives them the necessary recommendations to increase their academic, social skills and degree of independence.
